Shipping policy

Unless otherwise stated at the time of ordering all orders are packed and shipped the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday, will be shipped on the next working day which is the following Monday (excluding bank holidays, in which case it will be the next working day). For orders placed on a non working day (Saturday or Sunday) please add 1 working day to your delivery date.

Please note, shipping costs will be automatically calculated for you at checkout and delivery method may differ if the products are delivered by one of our suppliers.

Standard Delivery (2/3 working day(s)) - delivery aim is 1 working day.

Our Standard Delivery service is via Royal Mail. The shipping cost will fall under one of the following: 

• Large Letters not exceeding: Length: 35.3cm Width: 25cm Thickness up to and including: 2.5cm Weight limit: 250g
  Royal MailSigned For® 1st Class £3.95

• Small Parcels not exceeding: Length: 45cm Width: 35cm Depth: 16cm Weight limit: 2kg
  Royal MailSigned For® 1st Class £7.95

• Medium Parcels not exceeding: Length: 61cm Width: 46cm Depth: 46cm Weight limit: 2kg
  Royal MailSigned For® 1st Class £11.95

•  Large equipment i.e. Compressors, Autoclaves
